Dear Parents and Guardians of BR students,
We would like to share the following important end of year information with you and ask that you discuss it with/remind your children:
Lockers – need to be cleaned out and materials taken home for the summer by the end of exams on Tuesday, June 26; students are reminded to keep their school assigned locks for September, or they will need to purchase another one. If the lockers are not emptied, locks will be cut and items inside the lockers will be donated to good will.
Lost Items – students should check the lost and found bin in the cafeteria before the end of the year; the contents will be given to good will in July.
Epipens/Medication/Medical Forms – students are reminded to pick up any medication stored in the office for the summer; returning students with health concerns also need to pick up their medical forms that will need to be completed by September from the main office if they have not already received them. Forms and required epipens/medication should be returned to the school by Sept 4 (first day of school).
Exam Review Day – will take place on Thursday, June 28 from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm (teachers will be having a common lunch from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm). Signs will be posted around the school indicating which rooms students can go to in order to see their culminating activities and/or exams.
Report Card Pick UP – NEW this year – we are asking students to pick up their report cards on Friday, June 29 from 8:30 am – 10:00 am ONLY. Due to construction preparation, the school will be closed to the public after Friday June 29, until a few days before school begins. Any report cards not picked up on June 29 will be mailed over the summer.
Used Uniform Sale – will take place on Thursday, June 28 from 8:30 am – 8:30 pm. This is a great chance to get some uniform items at a reasonable price, while supporting our Catholic School Council in their fundraising efforts to support student groups in the school.
Please contact the school if you have any questions about these items.
Thank you and take care,
Bishop P. F. Reding
